Pricing Policy

     At AngelNetWeb LLC, we believe the web should be available to and affordable for all businesses, large or small. We've established a rate that we think is commensurate with the technical expertise and artistic skill necessary to producing a quality web site, yet very affordable to the small business owner. Below is a typical breakdown of the pricing involved to set up a website.

 Our Basic pricing:

Domain Name Registration $ 20.00*
Web hosting $ **
The first page of the website $ 75.00
The second page of the website $ 35.00
Each additional page $ 25.00

The above pricing plan includes the use of your text and your graphics. This also includes any refinements that may be necessary, such as: resizing of graphics, compressing graphic file sizes, lightening or darkening of graphics, etc...

* ** We do not "mark up" the cost for web hosting or domain registrations. Domain registration is generally no more than $20.00 and may be less depending upon your needs. The cost of your web hosting will depend upon which web host you choose. These expenses will be passed directly to you. If you don't already have a web host, we will happily help you to find one that will suit your individual needs.

If you need graphics created, AngelNetWeb LLC, charges $25.00 per hour.

Since websites can be as unique as the individuals who own them, we recognize that not all websites may benefit from such a simple pricing plan. We can offer different packages for those with special needs. We will be happy to discuss any or all of our pricing options with you.

Invoicing & Payment
AngelNetWeb LLC, invoices domain name registrations and hosting services when the registrations are completed and the services are verified. Since these are "out-of-pocket" expenses, payment is expected in full within 10 calendar days of the date of the invoice.

AngelNetWeb LLC, invoices web site design services in two phases: 1) when the web site preview has been approved by the client; and 2) when the web site is launched and miscellaneous "live" services (like search engine submissions) have been completed. Payment is expected in full within 15 calendar days of the date of the invoice, unless previous payment arrangements have been authorized.

AngelNetWeb LLC, invoices web site maintenance on a monthly basis. In cases where the balance totals less than $15, the invoice is carried over to the following month. Payment is expected within 15 calendar days of the date of the invoice.

Payment may be made by personal or business check or by money order.

We keep detailed records of all work and present itemized monthly bills. AngelNetWeb LLC customers always know how OUR time and THEIR money is being spent.

Delinquent Accounts:
AngelNetWeb LLC, has, regretfully, found it necessary to institute a policy regarding delinquent accounts. If an account goes beyond 45 calendar days past due, we reserve the right to apply 10% interest to the net balance for each billing period that the account remains delinquent. If an account goes beyond 90 calendar days past due, we reserve the right to remove the html files from the server until the balance and any accrued interest charges are paid in full. If the account remains unpaid, AngelNetWeb, LLC, reserves the right pursue payment via any legal means allowed by the State of Maryland.
